The service was fine, and the salon is definitely on the pricier side. I was visiting the area and treating myself for my birthday, so I went ahead. That said, I was surprised to be charged $5 extra to remove gel polish from just my two big toes. This fee wasn’t listed anywhere, and when I asked if the posted prices were current, I was told they were. Being hit with an unexpected charge at the end of the service didn’t sit right with me—especially for such a small job. They clearly post their $2 credit card fee upfront, so it’s frustrating that other extra charges aren’t communicated the same way. If I lived here, I probably wouldn’t return.
True professionals in the mani/Pedi world. These guys and gals take pride in their work. They love what they do and it shows. Reasonably priced for what you recieve. I always leave with a smile and I believe you will too.😁🥰
A friend told me this place closed at 7 and when I got there I realized it was closing at 6 and it was already 5:45! I felt like the worst person ever and thought about leaving as soon as I realized but they kindly accepted the service as I had a flight to catch in the morning and was DESPERATE but not desperate enough to hold someone up to go home from a long day! I really appreciated them being so kind even though it was late and time to go home. Just for them being nice people is a win around here and my nails are GORGEOUS and so vibrant.
