Made an appt. But Tech didn't start my nails till a half hour late. No apology or even a comment, like I'll be with you, running late etc. Didn't ask me what I even wanted. $45 is high for just an acrylic fill, especially here in Goshen Indiana ; not even a metro area!! Paint job wasn't the best and barely any conversation. A 2$ fee for using a credit card is very steep. I pay less in Central Phoenix Arizona!!Good thing I'm just passing through, just hope the fill lasts.

After much contemplation between a 1-star or 5-star review, I ultimately settled on a 3-star rating based on my recent experiences. I must commend Rose for the excellent quality of service I received and for the warm and friendly atmosphere of the salon. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years.However, there's an issue with their new appointment-only policy on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) aimed at reducing waiting times for walk-ins. Unfortunately, the salon seems to struggle with managing their scheduling effectively.A couple of months ago, I had a 9:30 am appointment with Rose for a dip replacement, which was supposed to be her first appointment of the day. Cindy is the best. The salon is immaculate. I go every week and have for a long time. I have issues with ingrown toe nails and she meticulously removes them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
