My husband and I just returned from a Dutchmen Owners Rally. We are proud owners of our 2nd Kodiak Travel Trailer and could not be happier with our rig. We’ve had a few warranty repairs done on the rig with no issues. There were repair persons on sight at the rally and corrected a couple of other issues and noted that the repairs done, were to help improve quality issues in future builds.

After numerous calls to Forest River and another big company, my wife and I were beginning to think we would not get to tour an RV factory. However- when we called DUTCHMAN MANUFACTURING, I was able to talk to a gal on the phone who was happy to make us an appointment for the next morning. Steve Sobowiak is a regional sales manager who gave us quite an education. He showed us four different towable trailers in various stages of construction. He explained how the construction started with the frame, then wiring, then the waterproof floor, followed by flooring and bath installation. Buying a Dutchman Kodiak this month! I have family that have the Kodiak 291RESL and they have nothing but great things to say. We are so excited to do some traveling, and I have to say I think some of these older reviews are not currently accurate. My husband and I have been looking for 2 years, and your quality and towability is the best we have seen. We’ve looked at everything too from Rockwood, Keystone, Grand Design, Forest River, Gulf Stream, Hemisphere, and many others. We’ll be telling all of our friends and family here in Vermont that we wouldn’t recommend anything other than a Kodiak or Dutchman!
