After having a horrible experience with a company I had used for years for our septic clean out, I was a bit apprehensive when it came to choosing a new septic company. Cripes was very kind over the phone. They went above and beyond to contact the health department to get information on our tank because I lost my paperwork. They even printed me out a copy! The guys that came out were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. Dig up and clean up was done nicely and their price was cheaper than other companies. Absolutely outstanding service on 3/6/25! I called in the morning, and they came out the very same day—talk about responsiveness! They went above and beyond, not only unclogging my main line but also thoroughly cleaning my septic filter. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, ensuring I know exactly how to clean the filter myself in the future. As an added bonus, they even made a custom handle for my filter, making future cleanings so much easier. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended! ?

The company we have used for years for portable restrooms could not guarantee delivery for our Fourth of July party this year due to staffing, which could have been a disaster! I found Cripe's online, but was a little leery of depending on a company we had no experience with. Cripe's is a friendly, family owned business with great prices, very nice sparkling clean units delivered the day before we needed them and picked up promptly the next morning. They are now our go-to company! Can't recommend them highly enough!
