Outstanding job. Schedule was easy they came out the next day I was in a bit of an emergency. The two-person crew was very talkative and informative with lots of information. Paying the invoice with also easy and setup a future timeline reminder. Performed very well, professionally.
After having a horrible experience with a company I had used for years for our septic clean out, I was a bit apprehensive when it came to choosing a new septic company.
Cripes was very kind over the phone. They went above and beyond to contact the health department to get information on our tank because I lost my paperwork. They even printed me out a copy! The guys that came out were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. Dig up and clean up was done nicely and their price was cheaper than other companies.
Thank you for a great experience Cripes!
Absolutely outstanding service on 3/6/25! I called in the morning, and they came out the very same day—talk about responsiveness! They went above and beyond, not only unclogging my main line but also thoroughly cleaning my septic filter. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, ensuring I know exactly how to clean the filter myself in the future. As an added bonus, they even made a custom handle for my filter, making future cleanings so much easier. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended! 😊
