Scheduled a consult for my teenager for a color correction (Bleach job gone wrong!) We discussed time, cost, and upkeep of the final desired look. We then scheduled a color correction appointment and hair cut. Day of Libby was ready to go and so nice and professional. We had decided on a cut first and then bringing lowlights in to break up the bleached area. The final result was darker and spottier than anticipated. Libby was unsatisfied but my teen thought it was ok because we were going to use a pink semi permanent color over it anyway.
