“I have to say best customer service i have encountered in a long time. Needed a lennox part i could not fine myself. I gave them the very little information I had. Jay took the info and said he would give me a call. 1 day later I got the call and I could come pick up the part. Amazing in my opinion. Most places now a days you would never hear from again. On top of that the front staff were all amazing and nice, working with me and my unusual work hours so I could pick up the part. I am Very impressed. If I do have a more difficult heatpump issue in the future I know who I'm calling.“

“On the hottest day of the year my AC stopped working. (6-15-2022) When I called they answered right away. The lady said they were totally booked that day but could have someone out the next day. They showed up on time and were very professional. The technician did an amazing job and had our air conditioner back running like new in no time! Definitely 10/10 and they will definitely be my first call next time!“

“Had a service tech out yesterday because AC went out. Tech checked things with his tablet then quoted me a $7100 repair which could do on the cheap for $3200. Won't name the company, out of Greenfield though. He did schedule us to speak to someone about a new system.

Called Hudson to get a second estimate on a new unit and installation. Stephen came out, I explained what the tech had told me. He asked if he could check it to see what all would need replaced. 10 minutes later he said it only needed a single bad part replaced. He actually had the part. I won't state the bill total, but it only had 3 digits instead of 4 in the amount of the first company.

Cannot say enough about what a great job and how refreshing to deal with an honest company and person.“
