Had a service tech out yesterday because AC went out. Tech checked things with his tablet then quoted me a $7100 repair which could do on the cheap for $3200. Won't name the company, out of Greenfield though. He did schedule us to speak to someone about a new system.
Called Hudson to get a second estimate on a new unit and installation. Stephen came out, I explained what the tech had told me. He asked if he could check it to see what all would need replaced. 10 minutes later he said it only needed a single bad part replaced. He actually had the part. I won't state the bill total, but it only had 3 digits instead of 4 in the amount of the first company.

We had a tankless water heater installed to replace a previous at-home setup done by the former homeowners, which unfortunately wasn’t done correctly.
From start to finish, they did an amazing job. They completed everything in just one day, and the final result both looks and works great. It’s clear they didn’t cut any corners and took the time to do the installation the right way.
They were also very accommodating, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.
Steve and his son, Wes, have replaced our air conditioner, water heater and our furnace, and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They worked around our schedule in order to help us with what we needed. We would recommend them to anyone!
