There is a serious problem with Oak Street Health.
They told me it was time for my annual visit, so to prepare myself I made a list of things I needed to address. They canceled my appointment the morning of the appointment.
I've called 4 times trying to get an appointment and each time they say they will call me back.
What kind of doctors office won't give an appointment and offers to call you back?
I've been waiting almost 24 hours for them to call me back for an appointment.

Edit: I was able to finally able to complete an appointment and all my concerns were addressed, by the medical assistant that was able to change the type of appointment I was given, and Dr. Bodkin. I initially gave 1 star. I'm giving 4 stars. I would hope in the future I can get consistent care through the Glen Park office. ?

“I had a right knee Genicular Artery Embolization done on November 28,2025 at the Palos Heights location. When I tell you that I have had NO pain or complications from the procedure since the day it was done. I haven’t had to take anymore Tylenol Arthritis pills or use any Tiger Balm ointment on my right knee and I’m elated about the outcome.. “Doctor Mario Robbins is one of the best psychiatrist in the NWI region. I have been a patient for 7yrs now. His staff is for the most part a great staff. We are all human beings dealing with mental health challenges daily. Doctor and his staff are also human beings that have a call in life to render services to Us with the mental health challenges. Yes we may have to wait longer periods sometimes but it is NOT every single appt. Trust me out of 30yrs of my diagnosis I have seen my fair share of psychiatrist and he is by far one of the best I have had. He does not throw nor shove ANY & all kind of mediation if not needed.
