The service was awesome, and the entire staff was very polite, with great timeliness in the waiting lobby and doctor's room. Lisa with Quest Diagnostics is a literal expert.
Lisa Vernado was my FNP. She was very understanding of my past experience and she prescribed me the dose that I needed of tretinoin. She explained how I should use it well and I was very comfortable talking to her. When I went to the pharmacy, I asked questions to the pharmacist and she helped explain how to use it as well and printed the paper and gave it to me. She was very nice as well and the experience was overall amazing.
Staff at northshore in Merrillville are amazing and really listen to you! From the front desk, to the nurses and Dr Bala Rangaswami! Love this place!! The pharmacy is also amazing too! Thanks guys!!
