Patients appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. The facility is clean, organized, and efficient, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was awesome, and the entire staff was very polite, with great timeliness in the waiting lobby and doctor's room. Lisa with Quest Diagnostics is a literal expert.
I was truly blown away by the service I received from every staff member I encountered! Everyone was so professional, friendly, and ready to help. I almost forgot I was at a medical facility because they truly make you feel like more than just a patient.
The front desk ladies were welcoming and knowledgeable. While I was there, I witnessed a few situations where it would’ve been easy for someone to get out of pocket, but they stayed professional, calm, and handled everything with grace.

Was recommended here and when I say I love the staff dr. Tipton and dr. Bali’s top tier with your health needs grateful to have a dr. That cares and shows you they care I was so pleased with everything that now I have my primary care dr. there don’t hesitate to come join 💕❤️
From the Ladies who work the front desk, the lab people, the nurses, or the Dr. I can't think of even one negative thing to say. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I feel very blessed to have found this place!!!
