They took great care of our dog Sammy while we were out of town. They took care of his immunizations, gave him a bath and everything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and you can also tell that they are all pet lovers. I would definitely use their services again!
We had the sad appointment of getting our 15 year old cat euthanized. I'm rating them 5 stars because Dr Larson & his techs were empathetic and patient with us in our grief while explaining what to expect with this sad appointment (this photo is of them trying to get my cat's footprint when we first got in the room). It was wonderful and they were very caring with us. However, when we first walked in, Melissa at the front desk was very rude to us. Ridge Road was a nightmare and we were 20 minutes late for our appointment. She looked right at me and said, under her breath, 'you're late!'. Omg they saved our dog my husband and i thought our dog had cancer they found that she had a baseball size stone in her bladder she just had surgery and is home resting comfortably 2 weeks she will be a new dog I love them ?
