The worst customer service. I don’t know how they get away with this. We have to call repeatedly for about 7-10 days before someone will answer our request. Everybody there just says I can’t do anything or help you or they just transfer you to someone’s voicemail who never returns your call. It’s sad because you know every worker that works there has completely given up.
If I could give them a negative zero I would. My dad is a senior citizen and his basement has flooded several times as a result of the city's negligence. We had it rodded out as they claimed it washis line. However yesterday a water main line broke and the basement still flooded. As you can see there is STANDING water covering their sewers! They are completely awful.
I literally dread calling this place because they are ALWAYS so rude! I just became a homeowner and had only ONE good experience calling them and that was to order my trash can. Other than that the two main ladies who answer the phone are RUDE and will interrupt you before you can even finish a sentence and are quick to say oh that's not my department and transfer you in the middle of your sentence. I can understand having difficult customers but I don't feel it's fair to treat everyone like that every time someone calls and it's been over a timeframe of 4 months so it's sad every interaction is like that.
