“First off I would like to say that Dr. Caines office staff is very polite, and very caring. I met Dr.Cain when I went in for a chipped tooth in the back of my mouth. He took some x-rays and told me what needed to be done and that there were somethings going on that desperately needed attention. I ended up having to have my teeth extracted. He was very caring with pulling my teeth and was ALWYAS attentive about how I was doing his bedside manner is wonderful. He went on to tell me that I would need dentures. He was very caring when it came to making my dentures his assistant was just as caring and very helpful with my process. When it came time to choose the color his assistant was very helpful with that. I picked up the upper plate yesterday and I was so pleased and very happy with the way it looked and how natural they look. I'm now waiting for my bottom to be processed and then I can pick the bottom up. If you need dental work done this is the place to come the staff and Dr. Cain are very no extremely caring. I would definitely recommend him for any kind of dental work that you need done. Thank you so very much Dr. Cain and staff for the care and the transition into dentures you have no idea of how happy you've made me. Thank you ALL so very very much. ?“

“I literally have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist because of past experiences, and because of that, I have neglected my teeth for many years. The pain became so bad, I had to see someone. One day I am at work and I said to myself the first place that I google I will call it. Long and behold it was MDC. Upon arrival I met the lady at the front desk, Melanie. She was extremely welcoming and communicative. I was explaining to her about my anxiety, and she let me know I was in great hands. Jennifer the dental hygienist was exceptionally pleasant and great as well. Dr Camp, extremely detailed, and great communication. Dr Camp numbed me up very well, I felt nothing. Yesterday I had a more invasive procedure done by Dr Camp, along with his assistant Becky. Dr Camp let me know for the next couple of days, I might have some soreness etc. I have not experienced any pain at all, and my teeth look great!!!! “Everything about this place is nearly perfect. It accepts Medicaid, every single person has always been friendly, and they’re prompt about getting you in last minute if there’s an issue or emergency.

Any downsides (anyone with Medicaid especially) will never compare to the amount of care and detail they all put in their work.“

“I've been regularly going specifically to Dr Beck for about a decade now, despite moving and changes in insurance, because I have that much confidence and trust in him and his team to do a great job, even when dealing with a root canal or full crown. On the rare occasions something has come up like a temporary filling coming loose, I've never had any issues getting back in to address it in a timely manner. I was extremely bad with needles but he does such careful work to make it as comfortable as possible I can be calm when he anesthetizes me. I've only had two occasions to see the new doctor but she did an equally wonderful job.“

“I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in hopes that it may make others more at ease with, what is a very big step in their lives.
I first went to Dr. Drone with absolutely no idea exactly what my options were going forward. I had been a “grinder” for years but had not gotten the attention required to stop the destruction of my own teeth. Having not had a cavity until the age of 35, I took my good fortune for granted. My problems had started over a decade before our first meeting, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. They had been ground down to the point that not only did they look terrible, but nearly all my teeth had been compromised structurally. Dr. Drone informed me that he could repair my own teeth, but the underlying issues of decay would persist. I was in line for several root canals going forward. And that was just for starters.
Dr. Drone suggested a total replacement plan with several options. I chose a plan, with his guidance, that would be suitable for me personally and my lifestyle. During this time I had calls from doctor well after hours that were, as he explained, “Because he just had to make sure everything was perfect”.
I then had 32 teeth pulled in one day! And at the same time had 7 implants put in my jaw. There is no way to sugar coat this experience. It was a challenge for the next six months while I waited for the healing process to be completed. Dr. Drone and his staff were very supportive during this time. Dr. Drone's attention to detail during the selection process and his clear communication as to what I should expect was right on! This was a huge step in my life. I feel now that I couldn’t have made a better choice in the path I took, or the Doctor I chose. I truly had the feeling that Dr. Drone's main goal was improving my quality of life first. What more could you ask for from a doctor? And by the way I do have a new million dollar smile as well. Which also now allows me to eat absolutely ANYTHING! I can’t thank Dr. Drone and his staff enough. Not only for their professional attention. But making me feel at ease every time I walked into the office. THANK YOU!!“
