“I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience in hopes that it may make others more at ease with, what is a very big step in their lives.
I first went to Dr. Drone with absolutely no idea exactly what my options were going forward. I had been a “grinder” for years but had not gotten the attention required to stop the destruction of my own teeth. Having not had a cavity until the age of 35, I took my good fortune for granted. My problems had started over a decade before our first meeting, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. They had been ground down to the point that not only did they look terrible, but nearly all my teeth had been compromised structurally. Dr. Drone informed me that he could repair my own teeth, but the underlying issues of decay would persist. I was in line for several root canals going forward. And that was just for starters.
Dr. Drone suggested a total replacement plan with several options. I chose a plan, with his guidance, that would be suitable for me personally and my lifestyle. During this time I had calls from doctor well after hours that were, as he explained, “Because he just had to make sure everything was perfect”.
I then had 32 teeth pulled in one day! And at the same time had 7 implants put in my jaw. There is no way to sugar coat this experience. It was a challenge for the next six months while I waited for the healing process to be completed. Dr. Drone and his staff were very supportive during this time. Dr. Drone's attention to detail during the selection process and his clear communication as to what I should expect was right on! This was a huge step in my life. I feel now that I couldn’t have made a better choice in the path I took, or the Doctor I chose. I truly had the feeling that Dr. Drone's main goal was improving my quality of life first. What more could you ask for from a doctor? And by the way I do have a new million dollar smile as well. Which also now allows me to eat absolutely ANYTHING! I can’t thank Dr. Drone and his staff enough. Not only for their professional attention. But making me feel at ease every time I walked into the office. THANK YOU!!“

The admin team is friendly, appointments are confirmed, the expectations are clear, there is no surprise billing. I am not a person who likes change and within the past 10 years, this is the third dental practice and I think transferring to this practice was the best choice. “I had to add another experience since I could not write a new review. I visited your office again on June 1, 2026 for a cleaning and met another very pleasant and professional patient service rep/front desk receptionist, Bianca.
While I waited for my appointment, I watched her answer multiple phone calls, assist several patients, contact an insurance company, and schedule appointments all while remaining calm, organized, and courteous.
After my cleaning, I needed to schedule a filling. During that conversation, I mentioned that I get nervous during dental procedures. Bianca took the time to listen and recommended a dentist she felt would be a good fit for someone like myself with dental anxiety, which I really appreciated.
She has also called me on weekends to remind me about upcoming appointments and has always been helpful whenever I had questions. When I had billing concerns after making a payment, she patiently explained the process and directed me to the appropriate person for assistance. Bianca truly cares about patients and their needs. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff.

I had an excellent experience with this dental office. I first spoke with Zaleaka, the front desk receptionist, over the phone, and she really stood out. She listened, asked the right questions, and understood that I was dealing with an emergency. She was able to squeeze me in during my lunch break, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived, she continued to be just as helpful and even provided me with a form for my job since I was a few minutes late, acknowledging my visit.
The dental assistant who took my X-rays was patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was thorough and honest, offered to refer me to a specialist, and in the meantime provided a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication. I will continue visiting this dental practice and felt well taken care of on 4/23. I highly recommend this office and Zaleaka for her professionalism, compassion, and empathy shown from start to finish. She is definitely a star.“
