10/10 this was my first time really getting my hair done by a professional and everything was lovely. The wash was very good she made sure she got to my scalp to make sure it was clean. I got starter locs and I truly love them. She always made sure I was comfortable and got to know me and I got to know her but over all would recommend
Charmgurl is exceptional, the atmosphere is fantastic, the loctician is fantastic and the location is convenient. OUTSTANDING people.
