Steve is fantastic and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is very thorough in his work and takes his time to review closely. Since I was present for the inspection, he took time to clearly explain what he was evaluating and break down things into terms I could follow along with. We had a report in under 24 hours and it was very thorough and easy to follow. He is easy to get ahold of for questions and is super flexible to meet any schedule. Cant recommend Steve and Shamrock Home Inspections enough!

I would highly recommend Shamrock Home Inspections. We are in the process of purchasing our first home. Our realtor referred us to Steve and he was amazing to work with! He handled all correspondence with the sellers to arrange the inspection. He was thorough with walking us through his findings and was very patient with all of our questions. We received the detailed inspection report that same evening and the sellers have agreed to the needed repairs that Steve noted. Highly recommended!
