Steve is fantastic and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is very thorough in his work and takes his time to review closely. Since I was present for the inspection, he took time to clearly explain what he was evaluating and break down things into terms I could follow along with. We had a report in under 24 hours and it was very thorough and easy to follow. He is easy to get ahold of for questions and is super flexible to meet any schedule. we had our furnace go out, called another company, they came out, said they couldnt fix it and since it was 2 days before christmas couldnt do anything till the next week. Called these guys for a 2nd opinion and they fixed it for super cheap, got my house warm! cant tell you how much i was relieved!
