I was told by WARD'S Heating and Cooling to contact an electrician because we were having trouble with circuit boards quitting. A Family Member advised Chase Crager of Emerald Vines of what we needed. He showed up exactly at the time he quoted, came in and looked things over and found out the wrong circuit board was to blame (for a rooftop unit not a unit we have)! He went and got the right part and installed it!! Thank You Chase for your service, honesty and help! We truly appreciate it. We're Seniors on a very limited budget!! I 100% recommend Emerald Vines!!
I woke up and had water spraying out of a my water heater. I messaged Chase and he replied immediately. I told him a time that worked best for me and he was good with that. He showed up on a Saturday evening and fixed my issue in a very professional way. He uses quality parts. He’s very friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing! I would recommend him highly.
If there was 10 stars I'd give 10. 5 just ain't enough I highly recommend Emerald vines hvac owner is real nice straight forward and helped when no one else would great advice for future reference this guy is frigging awesome thank you so much
