The service team was incredibly nice, professional, and patient. My advisor, Joshua, took his time to explain exactly what they were seeing. Being able to see everything for myself gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Every time I have called or been to Ziegler, my experience has been EXCELLENT! Great customer service in every aspect, on the phone or in person! Service managers are too notch! Super communication and explain everything in detail. No pressure to get anything done on my vehicle. They do very thorough inspections every visit. They do the repairs quickly and when they are done, they even wash my vehicle! There prices are reasonable. They have a nice waiting area, I actually fell asleep the one visit, because the chairs were so comfortable. Very impressed with everyone that I have dealt with in the last 2 years. ! That's why I keep going back !
Just want to say thank you to Kori, the service advisor, for getting my car worked on in a timely manner. I had to get a tire replaced and she was outstanding with what I needed and how much it was going to cost. Definitely recommend getting in contact with her whenever you come in for any service issues.
