I got quotes for a new water heater and sump pump from 3 different local contractors and Borchelt was the most competitive. They showed up on time and their quote over the phone matched exactly what I was charged outside of a new expansion tank which also needed to be replaced. They charged a fair price for the expansion tank. They sent out two technicians who complete both installations in less than 3 hours. They are one of the few locally and family owned-operated plumbing & HVAC shops left in Fort Wayne. I would recommend them to anyone!

Evan and Chase arrived on time with their "A" game. They worked hard in a professional manner and we now love our new and much needed bathroom exhaust fan. It is nice to know we have such a top notch, go to contractor in our immediate area!! A shout out to Calvin also for running down the roof vent that we needed!
