I am not one to post reviews often (if ever actually). However; after receiving an estimate of nearly $1100 from another company to fix our AC, being told that $1100 would be a “nickel and dime” fix and that we’d need to pay $4000 to replace it, along with having us wait 5 days with no actual time indication on when they could come out we said no! We were given Steve’s number and he was able to assess what needed fixed and come out to fix the issue the next day for 1/3 of the price we were going to pay. Their customer service was exceptional and our AC works beautifully now. USSI Inc will have our business for years to come!Service: A/C system repair
Definitely do not overlook USSI, if your having problems with your AC or Furnace call them, Ryan, Steve, and all the service guys, they will earn your money and your home will thank you for it
