We have had Universal Windows do work twice over the past 5 years. They installed new windows and most recently put a new roof, gutters/guard and skylight in. They were quick and did a nice job. I am pretty sure my husband and I spoke with everyone from the customer service rep to the president, finance, sales rep etc. They were all polite and genuine. We were able to pick all the colors out and our sales rep Norman was patient with us. Picking colors for home improvements is a big deal. Having people in and out of your home you trust is important. I feel we made a good choice.
Windows were of great quality and so was the patio door. Gave a 4 star ⭐ rating because they didn't install the latch to the patio door screen. I had to call them out to install it.. It was a quick fix
I purchased a patio door with internal venetian blinds.I love it!! Absolutely love it. The blinds keep the sun out, without the worry of having the cat or dog brush into them and ruin them, as they are between the glass.The installers were fantastic, and explained everything.The price was the best one around. But putting the price aside, as it is said, "you get what you pay for" I truly got what I paid for, from ordering, installing, and follow-up.Would I recommend Universal Windows Direct?
