These guys did an amazing job on my siding and windows. Used another company for roof and gutter. This company failed to follow up on their leaking roof and then had a downspout come off during a wind storm. I reached out to this company and asked if they could assist, we have rain storms coming in and I have a wood foundation. Justin reached back out within an hour or so, worked with me, and came out and fixed it the same day. Couldn't ask for better service.
The team at Universal Fort Wayne is easy to work with and treated us like family. Prices were comparable, and made me not feel like I was being taken advantage of like some other places did.
Glad I chose Universal Windows. The salesman was pleasant and focused on my needs. Prices were reasonable. Windows and door quality is superb.The installers were prompt and professional. Marc dropped in a couple times, met me, and made sure I was happy with my purchases. Free, was the only way it could have gone better, i thought, and assured him. Great place to do business!
