I’ve tried this earlier and it wouldn’t go through. Tech was efficient. Announced his presence at the door. No issues. I’m concerned about the dryness but can’t water our massive property.

Excellent service by Michael. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up! Update 4/3/25 Technicians are the backbone to this company. Unfortunately the appointment part of this system is flaud and the TruGreen administration needs to fix this ongoing issue. I scheduled an appointment then someone changed it. Call center personnel can't fix it. Also can't contact the local office to fix the issue either. Need an upgrade system or lose customers if you care!! Update 9-18-25 The tracking system does work finally. Met with Adam and all is well. Hopefully next year system continues to do its job. Two thumbs up!

We were not at home when our Yard Service Tech came by to do a follow up Service Call to our grass. We saw the small yard sign in our yard and it appeared to have been treated. Thanks for your time to care for our lawn in a timely fashion. We are New customers and are waiting to see the yard improvements so we too can sing your praises for the darker green change in color and the weed issue eliminated. We want a Tru Green yard... Let's Go ! ? ? Please have a Mgr. call me asap.
