10/10 experience. Todd was punctual and walked us through the whole process. Very comfortable with him, comfortable with his pricing, and it was done much faster than I could’ve hoped for. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

Came within four days of request to service our gas log for winter. Had to order specialty part, and then discovered we had a short in our wall switch. Appreciate that he kept hunting until it was fixed correctly.

If you want your fireplace serviced the right way the first time around go with this company. Todd goes the extra mile. He explains everything & why he does what he does. I have had this fireplace serviced a few yrs ago & that guy didn't do half of what Todd has done. I so appreciate him & this company. Thanks again
