I have had 3 different furnaces/AC units installed by Titan (in different locations) and 2 sets of gas logs. They have been extremely responsive, attentive and personal in each case. We did have a problem unrelated to their install, but they promptly came out, assessed the situation, assisted me with diagnosing a clogged drain unrelated to their work and even helped me pull up the floor to dry it out. I have been absolutely delighted with their ethics, responsiveness and overall great business practices. Truly a great group of people to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Titan HVAC were a 20/10. Not only were they the most affordable place in town but their customer service and quality of service is amazing! They are honest and good people that helped me when our furnace went out with 20° weather. They definitely be our go to HVAC company!

I am pleased to share my awesome experience with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. This company deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional price, service, knowledge, promptness, and follow-up.Recently, my 20-year-old furnace was experiencing significant issues, and I contacted a well-known heating and air company that advertised frequently on TV. However, their quote to replace both the furnace and AC was exorbitant and laughable.
