Was interested in getting permanent eyeliner and discovered Melody Pastura here. Melody has 9 years experience and loves her job. I'm very happy with my lower lid eyeliner and recommend the procedure to anyone who wants to look great, save money on makeup and time applying it. The Form Salon is such a pleasant experience & beautifully decorated. The staff is gracious and customers sound happy with their results.
