This company does not tell you that they only have jobs that are 2 or 3 hours. So you will be driving all over the place. Also they lie about telling you if you don't complete the training you don't get paid for your time. I also experienced racism from others who were training. Which they did nothing about. I would not recommend this place to work or for caregivers services.

Friendly staff, more helpers needed! I enjoy my caregivers and I hope the company appreciates the care they give me by having opportunities to gain more pay or/and flexibility in full-time employment. My helpers are always exhausted not from care they give but the time they drive back and forth all over town.

What a wonderful place to work. There is a strong team that jumps in quickly to support each other professionally and personally. They do what it takes to make sure the clients get the care that they need. Each employee is greatly valued, and the owner makes sure they know it. If you want to feel like you are part of a team that really gets things done and really cares for people, this is the place for you.
