The wellness spa’s are highly beneficial, the tanning is top level, & the variety of sunless options makes this a place where anyone can find their special shine!! I need to publicly give a shoutout to Shay for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond what was expected to help solve a membership issue. Shay contacted IT several times and was unsuccessful in her attempts to resolve the problem, in spite of her efforts. She needs to be recognized for what is no longer the norm in today’s world. I only just recently started coming here, but they are the best! The front desk ladies are so sweet and thoroughly talked me through the whole process. I didn’t have to wait to go back to the room, even with them being a bit busy. Highly recommend this place!
