Summit City Floors’ team was very knowledgeable in helping customers choose the correct material for their projects. The crew was very conscientious and responsive, completing thorough, professional work with quality installation and amazing results. They completed a quality remodel with a high-end look, including a custom shower and tile work with new hardwood cherry floors, in a timely manner. The team was great to work with throughout the kitchen flooring process, with excellent communication and respect for the home. They even came back to change some things that were being nit-picked. Summit City Floors has a great selection of flooring, and the price was much better than other stores around town. Customers love the quality, affordability, and service and would use them again for future projects without hesitation. They love their loft space!
Shane & his team were so friendly to work with and worked so fast! When an issue came up that needed addressed, the owner came out the next day to handle it himself. So impressed by their customer service. I would hire them again and refer my friends and family to summit city floors.
