Such a sad day for me. I had Pickles my F2 Savanah put to sleep today. I want the staff, and Dr. Couch to know my appreciation of taking care of Pickles this last 8 years. But for all of you today, from the first person I spoke to today, the office staff, to assistant, to Dr. Couch, thank you so much, for what you do.

They are both awesome vets and the staff is great too. They took good care of my Sandy. When I had to make the decision of letting Sandy go they were so compassionate and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye. The letter they sent after Sandy passed away was so nice. Now they take care of my dog Darby. Darby is not easy to deal with and they take excellent care of Darby. Stellhorn Vets is the only place I will take my furry four legged family members.

Thank you to the amazing team at Stellhorn Veterinary Hospital for the outstanding and loving care provided to our sweet kitty Marmalade. In the middle of a pandemic and with reduced Staff you found time to fit him into your schedule two different times the week before Christmas. You took great care of him and provided updates and information to us throughout the day. He is now home and back to normal. Thank you for your compassion, your knowledge and for truly caring about our pets.

The vet is great, however her office staff is terrible. Very rude (put me on hold while I was still answering her question) and acts like they are doing you a huge favor by seeing your pet. Too bad the office staff doesn't reflect the same values as the doctor. And yes, this has been my experience pre-covid.

Our dogs and cats have received superior care from friendly Drs and Staff for over 18 years. They give 100%+ attention and care to their furry patients and they communicate clearly and compassionately to the worried owners. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Couch and Dr Buckner as A++ Vets.

Love this place. Dr. Couch is friendly, knowledgeable, and always has our animals best interest in mind. The visit was thorough, but didn't take all morning, and is not extremely pricy. Furry friends are in good hands here! I would recommend Dr. Couch to anyone looking for an annual vaccination for their pets.

I read the 2 not so good reviews and I have to disagree. Dr Couch is an excellent Vet and she works her butt off to take care of the pets she sees and everything else that goes with running a business. Dr. Buckner is an excellent surgeon. She has taken care of a couple of my dogs and extended their life. Dr. Buckner found out that my Irish Setter was diabetic and we ended up giving her shots twice a day for 3 years. Dog-care is costly but what we won't do for our furry friends.

I went here for 14 years. I used to go to any of the 3 vets on staff. Then to Dr. Couch exclusively, as the other two retired. Things have changed over the years. The staff did not seem as friendly, almost stressed and just not happy. The new vet that started had no regard for my budget and ordered $300 worth of tests on my 17 year old dogs wellness check. Didn't even talk to me about the cost, I found out when I was paying. They have lost my trust. Based on personal recommendations, I have chosen another vet hospital and could not be happier. It was hard for me to switch because Dr. Couch is a really good vet and I had gone here for so long, but based on her partner and the techs, it was in the best interest of my pets and my pocket book to take my business elsewhere.
