The staff that works at the office is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The procedures that I have had done to me have been explained very well and completed without any issues. Now we will see how I progress over the next 3 to 6 months
Had my first consultation yesterday. I learned that regenerative therapy is done in a series of sessions, like five separate injections into the treated joint. For example one injection done every two weeks. They started with my first regenerative injection into my hip on my first visit. I received two injections (two separate problem areas). Completely painless! The staff here is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
The end of April 2024, I missed the bottom step of my stepladder and fell over the top of my trash can. I landed on my knee, bent and twisted, resulting in a torn MCL, ACL, PCL, 2 meniscus tears, a fractured tibia plateau. I chose to try QC Kinetix because I wanted to avoid surgery. My first visit I was impressed with the office, it was super clean and ALL the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. They explained everything thoroughly.
