Ryan Smith came to our house and was most helpful! I checked Poorman's reviews and decided to go with them to replace our TRANE air conditioning. Ryan was at our house the morning of the install to introduce Tyler and Luke who did the actual install (than was most impressive!). Great install and both Tyler & Luke explained everything and answered all my questions. VERY HAPPY with Poorman's! THANK all of you for a great job! HOW COOL!
This company is absolutely amazing!!! My parents had them install a new heating air conditioning unit 12 years ago and they did a great job! Fast forward until today, my parents who are old and mother on oxygen woke up today and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The high for today is 93 degrees!! They were contacted and were out and had it fixed within an hour!!! You won’t find a more reliable actually caring company in the area!! Thank you so much. You are very appreciated 🙏🙏
Very knowledgable, personable, and helpful staff and crew. We have reliable and efficient AC for the first time at a reasonable price! Scheduling and installation was a very easy process and the crew was really great about working around our 4 cats. Highly recommend Poorman's!
