Our water heater was leaking, we called (a real person answered the phone), they came out saying it may be a few days. BUT, the gentleman made call and had Jacque come out with a new water heater, removed the old one with the new one in place within a couple of hours. These guys are extremely efficient and very cordial and knowledgable, much appreciated.
Our heat went out at the start of this big storm featuring some negative temperatures! Brad came out and was fantastic! He spent some time checking everything and was very thorough! 11/10 customer service !! Thank you !!!
I cannot be more impressed with the quality of service from Poorman’s heating and air! We called this morning for a quote on a gas line project during our reno.
