My first visit today….. Very Friendly staff. Two bars on the crowd meter is surprisingly crowded for 9am but the spa amenities were available without any wait (light therapy, massage chairs/bed) Gym was clean and had no smell. No one was slamming weights or screaming. Love that they are open 24/7 so No complaints.

I hope planet fitness does well, but they need to get rid of a few policies that are likely to turn into class actions. Mainly, needing to be at your home location to cancel service, while also charging you months after payments were declined. I paid up, but I've received checks in the mail for class action lawsuits that were over things much less than this.

We really haven't had any bad experiences at any of the planet fitness locations! My only suggestion is to maybe color code the different black card options like the tanning beds, and massage beds! I have gone to different locations and they assume I want a tan. I dont always say hydro and apparently this is confusing to them and I. So maybe change the colors to coordinate with the sign in sheet because they all look the same. Thanks!
