We really haven't had any bad experiences at any of the planet fitness locations! My only suggestion is to maybe color code the different black card options like the tanning beds, and massage beds! I have gone to different locations and they assume I want a tan. I dont always say hydro and apparently this is confusing to them and I. So maybe change the colors to coordinate with the sign in sheet because they all look the same. Thanks!

The interaction with Cameron and Cassidy was so fun and entertaining. It was a very enjoyable experience here tonight. I must also say Cassidy has the best hair! Cameron has a very kind demeanor and a wonderful personality.

Signed up for the first time today, and the staff was so helpful and considerate. The ones at the desk cameron and cassidy were amazing and the gym was very clean too which surprised me
