Austin was/is our repairman. He is great! Our furnace broke down again. This time we think we got the cause of our yearly breakdowns. Usually, for the past few years, our furnace would burn out a control board every year. It started a long time ago when the exhaust fan started squealing. at first, just barely. This year it got loud. So we asked Austin to install the new fan that I had purchased last year. After making sure it was the right one (it is), he installed it. I got home and asked my wife if we finally had heat, she said, "Don't you hear it running?" NO. She huffed,"You don't hear it?!" I said, "No, and that's the point!"... read full review
I use Peterman Brothers for ALL of my heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. I highly recommend them!! The techs are professional, courteous, skilled, thorough, and always offer a detailed list of options for the consumer consideration. Ryan provided EXCELLENT HVAC service. He checked furnace and charged the filter. He cleaned the air conditioner and added coolant. He was very helpful and courteous. He, and other Peterman, technicians, are welcome in my home. Thanks for the great job and excellent service.
