Dan was took the time to really listen to my concerns and investigate my AC issues. He reached out to a Peterman HVAC consultant as he assessed our system, which I appreciated, to get to the bottom of these issues. I also very much appreciate the ability to continue to have the same tech maintain and monitor my HVAC. That is smart customer service.
Ryan provided EXCELLENT HVAC service. He checked furnace and charged the filter. He cleaned the air conditioner and added coolant. He was very helpful and courteous. He, and other Peterman, technicians, are welcome in my home. Thanks for the great job and excellent service.
Communication with the company was excellent. Jeff arrived right on time as confirmed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was going on. The part was still under warranty and the labor cost was reasonable. My furnace is 9 years old and he suggested I put it on their maintenance plan which I agreed with. I would highly recommend this company.
