I started with Tony about 2 months ago. I have learned the correct way to do certain exercises that always hurt my knees/back. I am 46 and was a bit nervous about going to a personal trainer. However, Tony has been very patient and a great educator rather than a drill sargent. He is very good with coming up with a personal plan that fits you. He does not push you if you don't feel comfortable with doing something instead he listens and comes up with a different exercise. You hear rumors that Personal Trainers are so expensive but I think Tony is priced what for what you get. You get that one on one education and drive that we all strive for. I started seeing Tony in Feb of 2017, I weighted 190lbs had no muscle tone and was just sluggish and unmotivated. 7 months later that has all changed! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Tony. I have so much energy, it feels amazing loving myself again.
