Very friendly, helpful staff. I went to the Fort Wayne location to get glasses because they were in-network, and had frames I liked. Very happy with my decision. Glasses came back quickly and correct. I highly recommend this store!

Staff was polite and efficient, the appointment was fast, and the overall environment was clean and calm. They have plenty of affordable lenses to choose from. Overall the best eye appointment I've ever experienced in my 20 years of wearing glasses.

Everything went perfectly, from calling to asking, are they accepting new patients setting up an appointment to my exam and even to pick up my glasses ☺️ Everyone excuse me all of the employees the ladies working there were awesome. I highly recommend this place to have your eyes taken care of rather they’re reading glasses to just seeing perfectly awesome.
