Unprofessional, inconsiderate. Went in last minute since they got a cancellation. over the phone was told one price then that price increased $60 without communicating. my daughter got no breaks meanwhile the lady just walked away for her lunch WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO HER CUSTOMER. (her customer was a 6 YEAR OLD KID) Not to mention she was rude too. Hair came out good, not a good experience though DONT recommend especially with kids.

Worst place in town i would rather travel to indianapolis than to give them any more of my money.

Love the service, two people braided my hair. I got knotless box braids waist length and they look perfect!!!! I look like a goddess!!!! I got so many compliments before even stepping out the shop, I’ve definitely found my go to braiding shop!!!

I’ve given this salon two chances, and both times were frustrating and unprofessional.

The first time, I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM. Just two hours before, the stylist texted me saying she was in the hospital and asked me to reschedule. While I was disappointed, I let it go and moved on.

Fast forward nine months later, I decided to give the shop another shot—with a different hairstyle. I called the salon and was later contacted by someone via text (unfortunately, I didn’t get their name). We scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 12 PM. I was hesitant after my first experience, but I really needed my hair done, so I decided to go through with it.

I arrived 15 minutes early, only to find someone already in the chair. The woman doing the hair didn’t speak much English and seemed completely unaware of my appointment. I started to leave, but she came after me, assuring me the stylist was “on her way,” so I came back in.

I waited another 15–20 minutes, and still—no one showed up for me. The woman even called someone and put them on speakerphone. I explained I had a 12 o’clock appointment and had already been waiting since 11:45. The person on the phone brushed me off, saying it was only 12:06 and asked me to keep waiting.

What sealed the deal for me was overhearing a comment that a client’s hair didn’t look full. That was all I needed to hear—I walked out and won’t be returning.

This place is completely unprofessional. I’ve had much better experiences in Illinois and expected the same level of service here in Fort Wayne. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. It’s already hard enough to find someone reliable to do my hair, and this experience just made it harder.

Zero stars. Stay far away from this place.

Very unprofessional I went on Thursday had appointment at 5 they told me to come back Friday sat for hour and 30 mins for her to tell me to come back on Saturday at 8 am never again will I go there I work didn't get nothing done

Virginia was amazing!!! Got me done quicker than I’ve ever gotten braid’s especially with the length I requested. 10/10 reccomend
