If you want an eye dr who genuinely cares about their patients and are equally great people, this is the place for you. While the office may run into issues with their lab at times, they are more than willing to admit to and fix any issues that may arise. Dr's Keating, Taylor, & Beard are some of the most skilled optometrists you'll ever meet. Highly recommend them and this office!

i was experiencing a shingle outbreak on my leftside of my face to include my left eye during the virus shutdown and each time i attempted to obtain some help or advice / feedback concerning my eye ailment; i received ZERO feedback. so now i'm currently receiving calls from telling me i'm due for an eye exam; well i've got to say to others that would consider receiving services from this "consultant entity" that they're really INTO MONETARY RENUMERATION NOT THE PATIENTS' good eye care.

I'm reviewing after my first visit due to a change in insurance. I was not impressed by the front desk team member. She was on the phone when I came in and was impacare with the caller because she had "a patient that needs checked in". I was more than happy to wait and expressed that, but she told the caller she "couldn't wait" and would have to put them on hold if they couldn't decide, presumably about an appointment date and time.
