Bad communication. Ordered and paid for a funeral arrangement that was not delivered in Fort Wayne. Contacted store and after several calls finally a call was returned.
Was told a refund was being sent.

Finally talked to Tina at Kateens, who was very apologic and saw to it that we received our refund.

Couldn't be more pleased with this beautiful arrangement for my mom. She was thrilled, and the flowers smelled amazing and lasted a long time. The delivery arrived as scheduled, in time to celebrate together. Will definitely order from Kateen's again!
