Claire was absolutely the best. I asked if she could add a service while I was getting another one and made time to fit me in while having other clients as well. Listens to what I wanted but will also suggests what you need. Makes you very comfortable during the service. Would recommend her again and again..

I enjoyed my first visit to The Downtown Wellness Spa, at the Wayne street location. Claire was professional and helpful and simply amazing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to explain everything to me and really put a lot of care into the appointment. The downtown location was clean and peaceful. I loved my experience. Thank you so much Claire!
