We have been their tenants at 2 different properties and have never been happier. They worked with us when my dad passed away to ensure we kept a roof over our heads. I had the luck to have Jay Redding as my landlord and honestly, he's the best. Very comprehensive, flexible and willing to work with whichever situation you present to him. Quick response to whatever was damaged or not working. He has a couple who work for him and they were always early that next day, as he said the previous day, not to mention that they were also very polite and professional. Hardworking individual, always taking care of his properties no matter what day by cutting the lawn or fixing the heater, anyways, among many more.Just truly a great experience! Thank you.

We rented a house from Jay and his company and we had nothing but good results. As others have said, he/they are very prompt to address any issues that come up, they maintained the property grounds regularly, and Jay was always prompt to get back to us regarding any questions we had.
