I sent a text to their number listed on an email I had received. The response was very prompt from Kristen. I had an appointment scheduled with in four days of text with price. Date & time where what I chose it could have been sooner. They arrived on time and service completed with no issues. I'm very pleased!!!

We have 2 homes, one at the lake and one in Fort Wayne. Before leaving for Fort wayne I found that house was 84 degrees. It was after closing time. I sent a text asking for service the next day it was 5:30. I received a response asking if I could open the garage from my location. Erich was there in in 30 minutes and handled the problem.

I have had JD Kuhn out to work on my A/C on 2 ocations and both times they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and fair. They were able to quickly identify the issue and took the time to explain it to me so I could understand. They offered me 2 different options. One was a less expensive repair and the other was a more expensive replacement. They explained the pros and cons of each option so i could make an informed decision. As of now, I will be using JD Kuhn exclusively for all. My HVAC needs.
