He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, addressing all our questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
The system itself is top-notch, providing us with peace of mind and an extra layer of security that we truly value. But what really sets Imperial apart is Mike's continued support and partnership. Even after the installation, he remains a valuable resource, always ready to assist whenever needed.
Great company and team. We have 60,000 sq ft and had them help us over the past few years installing the very best video and alarm systems available to keep our buildings and property secure. We have several more projects to do soon and will continue to use them with the A+ service and support when needed. Excellent Company!!! I highly recommend them! We own a large commercial/residential property in Mount Greenwood and we needed a good security system. Imperial came up first on google - which is always a good sign! Mark Peregrym came out to give us a quote. He was extremely educated For what we needed and gave us a great price. We signed immediately and they were out in 2 weeks. Our installation techs were Dylan Reiff and Daniel G who we were extremely happy with. They were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.
