The job started right off the bat with Ryan responding the same day I requested an estimate. He didn't provide me an estimate, but did provide me with an exact cost for the job. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the job would be done. When I tell you this crew was fast and efficient, that is an understatement. They showed up by 6:45 am and they were off my property by 4:30 pm. They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even there. The project manager Edgar walked around the property and addressed all of my concerns before leaving. Great experience with everyone at Honest Abe. Tyler did a great job getting us set up with the roofing we were looking for. He went above and beyond by helping us with an insulation issue we had in our attic with improperly blown insulation. The crew did a great job on the roof and cleaned up so you’d never know they were there.
I called about an estimate and Carrie answered immediately-even on a holiday weekend! They sent Tray Church out the same day I talked to them. He seemed very honest and sincere and did a no/charge inspection with pictures. He explained the products, services, training, cleanup process and company guarantees. I was impressed. I only gave a 4 star because I have not had the work done yet.
