Shield exteriors was super professional and really acted like they would drop everything just to talk to me and get everything figured out. From coming to the house and explaining everything there is about metal roofs to going over colors and how it would look. When they went to install the roof the workers were extremely professional and very fast. Got there bright and early and left right around lunch. They cleaned the yard so well you couldn’t even tell they were there at all. I walked around looking for screws to make sure my dog didn’t step on any. These guys did an amazing job. They completed the house and garage in 2 days. It looks great and their warranty is outstanding! I recommend them to anyone looking for a metal roof without hesitation. Reasonably priced as well.
The entire process for my new metal roof was seamless, from the original inspection to the installation. Jeff did the original inspection and quote and allowed me to get my brother involved sending him the pictures and talking with him on the phone. I was kept informed about each step along the way and date changes due to storms. Insulation day came and the group of men who arrived were very professional, cleaned up every bit of trash, and left my yard and roof perfect.
