We are very happy with the services we get from Home Instead. Our Aide, Amanda Santiago, is wonderful. She is kind and compassionate. She works well with my husband and I. She does high quality work and we trust her. She is fun to have around our household 12 hours per week. She knows us well, what our limitations are and she is excellent help for us. We would not be doing as well as we are without Amanda!! The office staff are also good listeners. Sophia comes to the home to make sure we have the services that we need. I’m so glad we are using Home Instead!
