Extremely responsive and attentive customer service through the whole process. We got our roof replaced and Hays and Sons couldn't have been easier to work with. This past February, I filed a pretty large insurance claim after a random vehicular accident where someone ran an SUV through my garage door, causing a domino effect that resulted in the damaging of multiple interior walls + plumbing lines of my home in the process. After a dirty bathroom water accident occurred on the top floor of my new home, I was so upset to see the water come raining down into two rooms on my first floor. I was so lucky to get help from Hays and Sons restoration company. The two young men who worked on the clean up and mitigation, Jacob and Omar, did outstanding work. They took exceptional care of my home and property, and even went so far as to plan the work around the medical needs of my disabled daughter. I could not have asked for better service.
