You don’t find this kind of wonderful customer service anymore but I’ve been fortunate to find it here. Andrea does such a wonderful artistry with your hair and tries to do exactly what you want done. She took such care to keep my long hair as long as possible with my trim. Seriously reached every split end and she took her time to not take off anymore than was needed. I knew then I didn’t want anyone else touching my hair. I’ve since had her cut some length off and was very happy and not a bit scared to have her be the one to cut it. Thank you Andrea!

Just finished a facial with extractions with Jen at FI and am so happy with the experience! I have a lot of stubborn milia that she was able to remove within once session. Her thoroughness combined with the relaxing atmosphere has left my skin looking better than it has in months!
Jen has done my eyebrows for over 20 years! She is a true artist, and so great at her job! I enjoy facials from her as well, but no one has touched my eyebrows, since I met her decades ago. Could not recommend her more!
