The prices are ok but beware because you get what you pay for. Even the warranties are limited. I have been going to them for at least 5 years and yet when I purchased my last pair of glasses and added the photo fusion with scratch guard, the first pair I picked up had a buff mark in the lense. They replaced it right away, but I didn't notice the photo fusion in my lenses didn't work as I thought you weren't supposed to be able to see the difference while wearing them. I brought it back in May 2023, where they agreed they weren't done correctly and agreed to replace my lenses. The lady that helped us was very professional but the rest of the office staff were not present to help customers as they were too busy taking turns holding a baby?? The front desk had a baby carrier on it and you could not access it. I counted 4 other office staff huddled into an area talking and holding the baby. Do we bring our infants to work now?? Very unprofessional!!

The staff was wondering, I'm giving it 3 stars because it says same day pickup so I went in the morning to make sure I would get them back the same day !! But after my eyes exam and picking out my glasses they tells me it's going to take a week to get them back ?? not happy at all !!
